Sample Orders
Sorry, but all sales of samples are final and we are unable to accept sample returns.
Product Orders
Most products can be returned for a refund up to 30 days after the item has been shipped. Shipping costs must be paid by the customer. In order to receive a full refund, the item must be unused, unopened and in its original and undamaged packaging (including unopened cellophane wrap where applicable). Please email fragtimeempire@gmail.com to get return authorization and approval.
We highly recommend that you return the item carefully so it is not damaged upon its return. If an item is used or the packaging is damaged we can only offer a 50% refund. We do not receive COD returns. Please note that we cannot accept returns on Le Labo products, as they are made to order.
Shipping and Returns
Once you receive an approval, please send returned items to the address below. Your money will be refunded within 14 business days after we receive the package.
